VOLUNTEERS

4 Parents to help in various classrooms

SNACKS

3 Batches of Chex Puppy Chow

7 (10 packs) of Fruit Juice Boxes

6 (12 packs) Bags of String Cheese

3 Boxes of Ritz Crackers

4 bags of Grapes

CRAFT

1 Roll of Yarn (any color)

1 Roll of Clear Contact Paper

Please bring all supplies to school by Thursday, December 16th. As parents volunteer to bring items - Please POST your contributions on this blog. Be careful not to include personal information such as names or places in these posts.

Fall Party - MU Snack Sign-up

Fall Party - This Friday, October 29th, 2010, 1:30pm-2:50pm

Please sign-up to bring a couple of things!

Snacks for Chex Mix
1. 2 Bags of Pretzels
2. 3 bags of goldfish
3. 2 boxes of Chex cereal (or generic)
4. 2 bags of bagel chips
5. 1 can of raisins
6. 70 baggies
7. 2 pkgs. of Apple Juice boxes (24? boxes)

We also need 2 parent volunteers
1. Volunteer to help in classroom
2. Volunteer to provide/run a couple games (board/card) for kids

Each class is signed up to bring a different snack for everyone, and is split pretty evenly by cost. To keep costs low, Walmart is hard to beat. With budget cuts right and left, it's up to us to keep these parties going!

So, I figured out that emails - especially reply to all - can be a mess. So, here is my new idea - a blog. That way, everyone can see sign-ups, and we just send reminder emails for everyone to check the blog. THANK YOU
